Some of the staff look like they don't want to be there, might be because they are volunteers.  I question a franchise that cant pay its employees for good service and looks like the place can only get 5 stars from friends or family that dont really review places actively. The management needs some customer service training and be able to communicate effectively went there staff makes a simple mistake and be professional enough to talk to customers like they want them to come back.  Also very expensive, not sure this will last too long this way either.  Otherwise we had a good time, just needs real help with customer service, consistency in rules, and some real management other than kids.

Best place for a birthday party.  Their staff is super kid friendly/aware and make it a great experience.  They limit the amount of kids that go into the gym, so you don't see it overcrowded.  You have to use your judgement about the age appropriateness of your kid.  IMO, it's not a great place for little kids, but an amazing place for kids that can jump on their own.

The staff at this location rocks. Watched a dad freak about rules that are briefed before they even go jump, and he thought he was above the rules everyone else has to follow. Staff handled it beautifully. Nice to know we have a safe place for our kids, with people who care about everyone's safety.

This is a pretty nice place. You have to fill out a waiver form when you first get there. Some of the workers seem like they don't want to be there but that is a minor dislike. This place is 10 times the place as the trampolazer park on 21st.

Took our girls and they loved it!!! Not expensive and the staff is so friendly!!
