Kids had an amazing  time. But the people  who are supposed to  be supervising  did a very poor job. A kid jumped off the wall without  looking  an landing right  on my daughter's  head an neck   right in from of an employee an he didn't  even notice until we were asking  her if she was alright. It is an awesome  idea for kids but definitely  needs better training for employees. Cashier at the food area gave me to much change an Didnt  even notice.

My best friend's son just had a birthday party there and it was amazing. Not only did they get the jump time but we had a person who handled all the party issues. He handed out pizza to the kids, poured their drinks, gave us a knife to cut the cake AND candles. It was a great experience.

Kids had fun but I do feel like for 1 hour its allot seriously. They should also make the walk ways a bit more convenient I mean 1 walk way for everything it's crowded.

I did a 1-hour jump last weekend with my boyfriend and his 11 year old brother. All 3 of us had a ton of fun!

We signed our waivers online then paid for our jumps by phone, so all we had to do was get our socks when we arrived. I tried every activity in the place: dodgeball, the foam pit, the basketball hoops, and the main trampoline area. 

The price to jump was about $13 per hour, then the socks cost $2 per pair. I got a soda from the concession area and it was under $2. In general everything here is priced pretty reasonably. 

There were only 4 or 5 adults jumping, but I highly recommend jumping no matter what age you are!!

Issues purchasing tickets online. Called twice before I spoke to someone who could reserve our spot with a gift card over the phone. Kids had a blast.  They recently made some updates which gives more variety of activities
