Wait wait wait! I've been to multiple skyzone locations and for the most part am satisfied with the experience overall. Today however was a different story. After waiting in line for over 5 minutes to pay for jump time I was told that the waivers I completed within the last 6 months at previous locations would not do. Each location is independently owned and require their own waiver. I then waited 7 minutes in the waiver line because 2 of the check-in computers were out of order. By the time it was my turn to fill out the waiver; a form similar to a life insurance application, my kids had lost their desire to jump. The sad truth is that every station here from check-in to dodge ball is an extensive wait similar to that of a doctor's office. If you don't mind costly food and the wait then check this place out. For my veterans and active military ask for a discount.

Sky Zone Rocks! From the moment we walked in, Bryan G. and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic! The facility is awesome, clean, and new! My compliments to all of your team members for being so good to the kids, especially Bryan G.! He was fun, professional and had excellent customer service skills; it was obvious how much he loves his job!

This place is really fun. Love the new parkour obstacle courses. For some of them, you really need to have upper body strength to get past them.

Good place to let the kids run wild. Nice place to celebrate a birthday. Pizza is ok. Kids enjoyed it.

Been here a few times. My kids are 3 and 6 and they Love this place! Use to live down the street form this place and it was super convenient. I would highly suggest  filling out the waiver forms prior to coming so that that you can bypass the busy line they usually have.  Try to save the socks the first go around lol but Pricing is not bad. A good place for the kids to release some energy and sit down and eat a snack/meal from the food shack they have ( plenty of places to sit) establishment is big enough to host a few party’s here simultaneously without being over crowded. The staff is supper attentive and keep a close eye for the kids safety. Strict with humor in a good way :) overall great establishment.
