I love coming here with my toddler. Saturdays from 9am to 10am is toddler time. They have three large trampoline courts, a basketball section, and a foam pit available. Sometimes they have one court closed,  but it's never so busy during toddler time that it's needed. I only have one complaint, and that's the music. It's all Disney music during toddler time. Enough of that. 

Edit: changed to 5 stars. Disney music is no reason to take away a star and this place is so much fun.

We took our two year old son for toddler time. $8 for an hour of toddler and parent time and $1 for socks (per person). $10 total with tax for a parent and kid to jump. Worth every penny! We also had our 4 month old with us. They told us one of us was able to bring our little guy on the trampolines but couldn't jump while holding him (of course). We were happy to be able to bring our youngest on the trampoline area so we didn't have to separate as a family and my husband and I were able to take turns jumping with our toddler. Our oldest had the time of his life jumping non stop.  We all had a blast as a family exercising and expelling energy. Toddler hour is wonderful for the little ones. The entire staff is so helpful and Davion was exceptional interacting with my 2 year old. We will be back !

Was quite a fun experience. A worker by the name of Zach helped us find our Apple watch in the foam pit which is practically impossible. And he talked with us and gave helpful pointers and tips to make the most of our time. Thank you Zach!

We are new to the Virginia Beach, Virginia area. We recently relocated here on military orders. We were invited to Skyzone for a birthday party on Sunday March 26th, 2017. We vastly enjoyed the establishment, as far as the customer service and facility equipment pertains. My husband and myself were only spectators. Our three children enjoyed the equipment and entertainment the facility had to offer. My oldest wanted to purchase food from the food court, which triggered us to pull out my husbands wallet. unbeknownst to us the wallet was missing. After walking the premises, we were baffled as to how this could have occurred? We calmly and politely checked in with the staff, looked around the areas we frequented as a family, we also checked the parking lot, in our vehicle, and finally decided to go home and ensure the wallet was not simply left behind. Finally, we received a call from the establishment stating the wallet had been located or returned. Management watched the videos, however our 160.00 of hard earned cash (all 20.00 bills) was gone and will never be recouped. The staff touched basis with me for a while stating they were reviewing the surveillance system to see if they could catch the thief (potential pick pocket in my opinion). The gentleman did tell us that the wallet was found in the restroom, which we did not use while at the establishment. Unfortunately, the calls eventually stopped and we never figured out what happened. I am ONLY sharing this story so that others are aware of what happened to us and can be vigilant when at the establishment. DO NOT BRING personal belongings in with you! Rather they are on you or with you, be careful, because they can still be taken! Great Facility though. My rating has been changed to 5 stars because the establishment itself is 5 stars. I did not want to emotionally or unfairly review.

My daughter had her first experience this morning during toddler time. She was a little unsure about going on the trampolines, but loved to play with the blocks. Will and Jade helped us today and they were seriously amazing. Will got my daughter to finally try out the trampoline and even jump in the foam blocks. She ended up following him around everywhere. Both Will and Jade did a fantastic job at making my daughter and her friend have a good time. I will definitely be coming back! We came during the last half hour unfortunately and that was definitely not enough time. Thank you Will and Jade!
