Very bad experience with health insurance agent name Allyne Zen. Woes trying to reach her for 4 months, never called back never can make appointment never text back full ignor totally unprofessional agent. Because of her my 3 kids woes without health insurance. Finally call market place my self and they did it for me in 10 min. Don't go there she is not professional at all would never recommend Allyne to no one you care about.

Not very helpful with anything and hard to get anything done. Avoid if possible

All starts with a receptionist there - a doll for a helpful one. Then the agents are not competent. The agent when I went to buy the insurance "forgot" to take pictures of the car so I had to come back... Then when I needed to file a claim, which I had no experience in, they refused to provide any guidance... To cut a ling story short - if you need a helpful company, DO NOT CHOOSE SKYLAKE INSURANCE!
