Platinum Public Adjusters is amazing!  From the adjusters to the office staff, they are a first class organization.  They handled all of the hard work filing my insurance claims and kept me informed during the entire process.  They were able to get 2 claims paid out for me.  They are worth every penny! We referred my parents to Ray after hurricane Ian.  They are elderly so we wanted someone that could be trusted to help them navigate this insurance process.  Ray was attentive, responsive and always followed through when he said he would and always on time for appointments.  They inspected the house thoroughly, explained the process and went over the paperwork so that they were comfortable with what would happen.  They left no stone unturned to make sure everything that needed to be fixed would be covered. After being passed to multiple insurance adjusters, Ray was persistent in communicating with them. My insurance was low balling me where u wouldn't have enough to even half way cover my roof not including damage to ceilings inside, and then I called and they came out the next day to start the process. It was so easy. Yogi was great he kept pushing to get even more. Yogi's # is now saved in my phone and will always be the first person I call in the event this happens again. Will definitely refer to friends and family
