Maybe a good company but not with Mr. Tishkoff, the loan officer I worked with. He was awful, and incompetent. Mr. TIshkoff couldn't close on time after 45 day escrow and did not deliver on any promises for first time buyer credit. If you're a first time buyer definitely do not use Mr. Tishkoff. This man can only talk, but does not get anything done and is a liar so avoid doing a loan with him at all costs.
He'll tell you whatever you want to hear all thru the timeline until the last day, when you'll find out you're not getting anything you wanted or he told you he would get you. At the end you'll end up with no first time buyer credit, and a different loan that won't even close on time and will cost more.
