I love this place! I first found it on vacation a couple years ago, so I don't get here often...but my experience is top notch every time. I get the milk and honey package. Between the massage and all...it's amazing! I had Kimmy and Anna this time. Anna was wonderful on my nails and really did a great job on the massage! And Kimmy did a wonderful job on my pedicure and foot and leg massage as well! Again...I would highly recommend to anyone!! 💜

So sad to say I did not have a good experience here! I went in for an eyebrow wax because they were very reasonably priced. The place is very nice and so I felt good going in, but the actual service was terrible! She was very polite but clearly in a hurry. She did not take the time to be precise at all. 2 strips placed above and below, rip, tweezed maybe 3-4 hairs and done. I'm not asking for you to spend an hour here but she literally did it in 2 min. So many stray hairs were left behind and the lines were not clean at all. Also, after the redness went away, where the wax was BLEACHED MY SKIN. I have two significantly whiter lines above and below my eyebrow where she waxed me. I've taken multiple showers and exfoliated and the lines are still there. It was a great price and I really wish I had a good experience here but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Very frustrating experience.

Was not happy at all with my experience here. The guy that did my nails looked like he was still learning and took 2 hours on my nails. He even left me sitting there while doing my nails to get supplies he should of already had before sitting me in the chair, he also kept getting distracted by the other workers that kept asking him questions and trying to ask him to hand them supplies they needed. I paid full price and it's been 2 weeks and my nails look so bad it's embarrassing. I don't mind having someone trying to get some experience but atleast DON'T charge full price, I wouldn't be so upset if I paid a lot less because I would of understood the person is trying to learn. But if I'm paying the full price I expect good work done and I want them to last me like they should.

The staff is so nice and I like the atmosphere. The place is clean which is super important. My only thing is I miss being able to relax with an adult beverage. Please bring this back!

Very disappointing service. I have been doing dip manicures for some time now because they last so long even working as a bartender. I had THREE chipped nails within a week with this set. The whole service on my nails felt rushed  (pedi was awesome though!) To top.it all off, went today to get everything fixed up and I've got a nice fungal infection in my thumb, and it sure wasn't there before I got my nails done there! I will definitely be returning to my usual spot and honestly can't recommend this place to anyone.
