My experience with the staff was great. But that does not hide that I spend lots of money and a year and a half trying to achieve results that didn't even get me to 45% reduction. Like a review before mine said, ineffective Lasers/settings were used for the first 7 treatments. I kept going because I was already invested into it which cost $120-$300 depending on areas which is considered the sona promise. The company then changed corporate so the prices increased about 300%. Definitely wouldn't have gone with sona if I would have known.

My experience was with the Fort Worth office. The office staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. On the day of my services, my experience was pleasant and relaxing. Everyone was nice and willing to cater to my needs. I really enjoyed it. Everything was great until I got home and experienced unexpected pain in the area of treatment. Unfortunately, because this was a rare occurrence, I was not prepped for the pain, nor did I have medication. Because it was the holiday, the office was closed for extended time and people were on holiday, so I was not able to get immediate relief or answers. However, once the manager and nurse were aware of my discomfort, hey were very responsive, got my prescription sent in, and even made a follow up call with me. Because of their response to my situation, I was able to look passed the days of discomfort. I would recommend this office to anyone. They were great!

Richelle was awesome. Gentle and very knowledgeable. She knew the areas that were sensitive and did what she could to make it more comfortable. I could see positive results after every treatment.  The staff is pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend this spa to anyone who truly wants to see results.

Evidently, the "Sona Promise" means 'We'll do a poor job on your first seven sessions, so you'll have PAY for the results you want...' I cannot be more disappointed in the way my treatments turned out. One year, and a LOT of money later, the results are EMBARRASSING! Sure, I can keep going...for another $150-$300 / session. This is utterly ridiculous.  If you're selling a service, make good on it. Sona Promise. What a joke. If I could, I would rate them 0 stars. I hear European Medspa is pretty good. So, save yourself the time -- just go there instead. I wish I had.... SHAMEFUL, CROOKED, and just plain WRONG. And I"m not letting this go easily.
