They get one star only! I signed up with this company through Guardian Home security in January 2017 at the Home and Garden show. Installation was Feb 2017. Since February the system has not worked as advertised. I have had several technician visits to include at least two appointments that I took off for work only to have the technician not show in one case and the other they cancelled the day of after I had already scheduled the day off. Initially the door camera did not work. They replaced and got it to work. Currently and since installation the office windows are reporting open. The system looses signal daily. I had a tweaker ring my bell at 2 AM about a month ago, The doorbell camera recorded the activity but the two camera's I have posted out front failed to pick-up this person stashing her bike on the garage side and a bag on the office side. The camera's did however record me after the incident occurred. I sent an email that night and did not receive any feedback. I cancelled the automatic payment the next day. I was told someone would call me about my intention to cancel and had not received a call. I called again today and was told someone tried to call me on 7/24 but the call was disconnected yet there has not been a follow-up call. I am refusing service and early termination is a ridiculous amount, so I I go to collections! Do not get involved with this company. Service is horrible, and nothing works as advertised or technicians sent to my residence have no clue of what they are doing. One last thing, technician installed a camera on my rain gutter initially and in the the wrong spot. So he moved the camera. My rain gutter now has 2 holes in it and leaks water from that spot. This experience was a joke! I am fighting this one!
