Chefs Nancy & Allan Cotter (most recently of Blue Moon Restaurant & Jazz Club on the island of St. Croix, US Virgin Islands) are creating a new culinary home in beautiful Cape Coral, FL.
Taking with them many of their signature dishes from the Blue Moon, while incorporating new and exciting offerings for Slate's fabulous menu, the all-new Slate's is certain to become a favorite for locals of SW Florida, as well as a huge attraction for Virgin Islanders living in, and visiting, the Sunshine State.
