They have the most amazing wraps and sandwiches, with a very creative kitchen coming up with specials. The counter staff are super freindly and the cupcakes delicious.

Food and staff always great (five star).  I question the ownership.  The last couple of times i have tried to call in an order the phone is busy.  The wait to pay for an order or to place an order is always long.  The long wait is normally due to the credit card machine tied into the only (busy) phone line, so you can't run a card unless the (busy) phone line is free.  On multiple occasions I have witnessed customers walking out because of the long waits.  The staff does their best to handle the lack of another $35/month phone line and put out all of the fires for the wait times.  I understand not wanting to call AT&T and cough up the extra 35 on a line but its a small price to pay to serve more customers and create a less hostile workplace for employees.  If you are not in a rush its great food and a friendly staff but you think the owner could make a couple of small changes and be able to get more of their delicious food out.
