It was pretty good. Food is pretty much what you'd expect from a bar. The service is pretty exceptional as well. The drafts are what you should go their for. Lots of tasty craft brews.

We stopped at Sligo on a "boys night out" and were pleased to find that there was not a wait on a Saturday night. We only had apps and beer, but were pleased with the quality and selection of both. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive as well.

Attended a fund raising event and it was great! The servers and bartenders were all great!

Great atmosphere that felt pretty spot on for a local pub. Sat in the window with the doors wide open for a beautiful breeze and urban street-food feel. Fresh, local flowers in a glass jar was a great simple touch to the table. Staff was a bit distracted, but that fit appropriately with the feel of the location. They seemed to have a good number of regulars that were treated more like family. They were also balancing serving with bartending;not an easy task. I'd say don't come if you're in a rush or have a bad attitude, otherwise you'll love it. Also, hands down the best non-buffalo spicy wings I've ever had!

The fish & chips, burgers, authentic Irish fare, prices, portions, hospitality, atmosphere, staff, entertainment & events... ALL ACES. (Open 10am on St Patrick's Day).
