You better not be expecting authentic. I ordered Chengdu chicken. I got chicken with vegetables- fat American broccoli, bean pods, green pepper, no onions, no green onions, no bokchoy, no Chinese broccoli It was missing every ingredient that would define Chengsu sauce- no sesame oil, no ginger, no pickled radish, certainly no chili, & no sort of fungus or mushroom. They couldn't even fake it. Chengdu is a fragrant, slightly sweet & slightly acid delight. They also flunked the eggplant & garlic dish 2 weeks previous. It was dead. Nothing but eggplant & a mordant brown sauce. Sorry it's so regretful.

Service was prompt. Staff not black people friendly. Made several mistakes giving me pork fried rice when I can't eat pork due to dietary restrictions which was not good for my health.

On a positive note, service was good and staff friendly. As for the food . . . Maybe it was an off day, this was some of the worst Chinese food ever. I ordered chicken and vegetables in a white sauce. Tasteless. Chicken was unrecognizable. Giant, flat pieces of rubbery, fatty meat. I couldn't even chew it. You'd need a knife to cut it into bite sized pieces. How do you make chicken fatty? Spring rolls we're the day's chef special, they were filled with brown mush and brown vegetables. Not appetizing at all. We prematurly ordered take home with our meal - shrimp with lobster sauce - it was underseasoned as is almost always the case everywhere, but it was good. We did however throw the spring rolls away. I just expected better in media. Very disapointed.

This Chinese food is THE BEST in the area by far. I order from them every time I want Chinese food because I swear it gets better every time. I love it so much that I stopped mid-bite just to write this raving review!
