most of my furniture is from here they are respectful about return and refunding things when they don't match. I recommend this over unclaimed frieght.

Pricing mistake made for a terrible customer experience. Paid 4K for a great couch and 2 days later was notified of pricing error by the manager and was told I needed to pay $1200 more. Couldn’t justify spending more money on a couch I thought I had already paid for. Left bad taste in my mouth and I can’t see myself ever shopping there again.

Lied and cheated. So in went in to buy a mattress and said i didn't want memory foam i wanted a pillow top. They showed me one and i liked it enough to buy it, (my fault for not checking the material, but still if i ask to not get foam i expect honesty). Turns out its a polyurethane foam pillow top, not a real pillow top, so i wake up sweating bullets. I tried to get a return but they only take it back if you buy their overpriced protector and will charge you 100 bucks even then, and they don't care if you use your own superior protector. So now I'm out a good chunk of cash and have to wake up from an oven. I was lied to about the mattress and cheated from a return, seriously, who doesn't do a mattress sleep guantee these days.

Large selection. The saleslady went the extra mile to open up a sleeper sofa as a demo.

Great customer service. Found statue on sale for $18 regularly $30 that was priced $45 at Montgomery.
