I went in for repair on my current bike. A kick ass Stromer, got to looking around and walked out with two brand beauties..... I bought the first two here as well. And have brought over a buddy to purchase too. So , yea, I do recommend cking them out. On returning home from holiday a few years ago, we had been in one of the world class bike friendly, bike lanes, bike paths, divided bike roads and they rented bikes. We literally saw all of Rio that we wanted to on bikes. Once we got home I hit my bud Google up and we had a nice long evening together and found this place. And can honesty say, it probably saved my life. I dropped almost 45lbs. I know, I was excited as well. Then to find out that I need some heart surgery after losing all the weight... I come out of my triple bypass like a champ. All the docs give credit to my losing the weight before hand and getting into shape... The moral of this story is that you not only get the thrill of riding down the street being mistaken as Paul Rubens from PeeWee Herman, and look very cool doing it. But the excersicing if a great ws y to get sctive again. Plus you know that battery pack, it will be your "binkie" to get you home on those first few trips out. ....

Jessie and Tom are great --- doing business with each of them has been very easy and pleasant. They have both been very helpful in handling questions I've had about the bikes I bought- now 4 bikes/ 3 different brands. Each of these bikes have been tons of fun to ride. They have made bike riding fun again. I can highly recommend Small Planet, their owner, and staff. B. Gibson

Visited this store (Small Planet eBikes Dallas) today web site still up listing open at hours I came but store was closed looked abandoned guessing they are going out of business

Dear Pedego, Other than complete satisfaction with a product, the manufacturer endears himself most effectively to the customer with service support. Your quick response is the mark of a business that prides itself on doing things right! Your dealer, Tom, at Small Planet e-bikes in Dallas, and his local manager, Jessie, have been pleasant, solicitous, cheerful, and knowledgeable. We LOVE our Pedegos and luckily, you don't have to pay me a commission as your company's Ambassador to Texas, or your P:E ratio would be off the charts!! I think I may have sold more Pedegos than your dealers with enthusiasm alone!!! Thanks again! We are glad to be a new part of the Pedego cultural family!! It's a ride like people have never experienced! I told the owner after our first test drive of a Pedego City Commuter for me and Interceptor for my wife, that the experience was marginally better than either sex or sailing!
