Seriously amazing. Every Cupcake they make is amazing, easily the best Cupcakery this side the Mississippi.

I can honestly give small cakes 1 star from my experience. This franchise is in the Burlington Creek plaza in Parkville ,MO.  My husband and I were walks in just by passing by and decided to give it a try. We love living at Burlington Creek due to their affiliations with this plaza, all residents receive a 10% discount at ALL stores! *show them your keychain* 

Walking in and the owner (forgot her name) greeted us saying "it was a busy day and pretty much sold out of everything!"  So going onto look at 4 different choices of flavors, I picked the cookies n cream. I mentioned the Burlington Creek resident discount and that made her upset! She denied doing the discounts and said "if we offered a discount then the cupcake would be like $1.20 (which is wrong math on her end)  with a snobby look and bad customer service is the only way to explain this situation. I said " Really? not even if I bought cupcakes in bulk?" And she explained "Once in a while she will throw in an extra cupcake in the batch; depending on how many are ordered!" The cupcake I order was barely average tasting.  I will NOT be going back! It wasn't about the discount but it's about how I was treated, and the owner has bad customer care and communication skills. 
There are so many other passionate Baker's in the area that I'd rather support.
