If I could I would rate zero stars!!!!!! I needed fingerprints from the DOJ and FBI for substitute teaching. I was informed that the print quality received was poor and I had to take the fingerprints again. So I went back to Smart Decision and took the fingerprints a second time. I again, received notice the quality of fingerprints was so poor they could not be used. I have no fingerprints, I lost $69.00 that she would not refund me. I will never go back again. Smart Decision was a POOR DECISION!
