This has never happened to me at this store, but today I came in. When I was at the register ready to pay I didn't get a greeting nor a "did you find everything you were looking for" question. She wasn't friendly at all. She's a little heavy, colored eyes, and white. I don't know her name, but privacy, right? As she's tossing my stuff my bread is being squished. Are they supposed to do that??? I'm not overreacting. After I paid I guess I was supposed to put my groceries in my bags and not her. And apparently if I'm not fast enough the other person's groceries are tossed on top of mine. Get your employees together. Now I don't want to have to make this a race issue, because I'm brown as brown can be compared to your employee. She has light brown hair, colored eyes, she's white, a bit heavy, and a squeaky voice. DISCIPLINE YOUR EMPLOYEE OR FIRE HER.

I like the location for easy access. There are always great deals here so I shop each department for sales and get some great deals. The customer service is pretty good here too.

Smart & Final when I am in a hurry and do not want to go to a grocery store this is where I shop. I can usually find what I am looking for.

Just need a few more cashiers but the cashier's they have is very nice and polite and they had all the items I need it

Quick service as well as great customer service. Love this place. Much better than walmart which is down the road
