Newly built venue in 2017 with three levels of seating and a private sections as well. The acoustics are really great and the seats are comfortable. The parking area is fairly large if you plan to park. They have constructed the venue so that for the most part majority seats have a good view of the stage. The security can be quite rude, but the staff inside the venue was nice. The food and drinks inside are over priced so eat before the concert or after. Every time I have been here the concerts start on time and I have been able to see some great concerts. The venue gets some good acts coming to perform there so I look forward to seeing who is going to play there next. I do wish that you were allowed to take your camera inside then I would really love this venue.

Very new and up-to-date facility. Lots of parking but it may not necessarily be free depending on event. Leaving the parking lot can take a while because the layout of the parking lot is not conducive to efficient traffic flow. Seats are comfortable and the view from all sections are decent enough. There are also large screens for those seated further away. Good and drinks are available for purchase.

I went here to see a concert a couple weeks ago, my first time at the Smart Financial Center. My experience was good and the workers were very nice and helpful. *Things to Keep In Mind When Going* - You will pay for parking (Arrive early, because the traffic will be horrible) There are also people in parking lot directing traffic. - If you have a backpack or large purse, they send you back to put it in your vehicle. (One security bike man was kind and nice to let me know before I had walked all the way to the center) Oh! And I had a tiny bag, like kid size, that I put in my car, so it doesn't matter how small or big the purse is, you will have to leave it in the car.* *Be aware that you will be having to hold your wallet and keys and phone.** -Every person goes through one of those metal detectors, which I think is good because recent events at concerts and public events. - A person will help you to your seat. (Also, I'm 4'11, I was able to see even tho there were taller people in front of me, which was awesome) - I'm not sure about price on food and what drinks they serve. But I think they do serve alcohol. (?) I did not buy any food or drinks there and did not pay much attention to that. The place was very nice and clean and A.C. as well. I definitely recommend it and will definitely go again! 😄

We came to watch the Nutcracker this past Christmas. The Smart Center is comfortable and huge. A great spot for a concert/show. I gave it four stars because it is hard to get out of the parking lot when the show is over. All the cars have to go one way, in very few lanes, and it bottlenecks terribly, even with lots of traffic direction. But, if you can deal with that, it's very modern, comfortable, and nice.

Nice new venue. We went to watch Ringo Starr. Acoustics need fine tuning...very much an echo. Had to leave early because of it. This was not a sound system issue. There are luxury suites under the mezzanine that are faced with glass panels. I think the sound was "pinging" off of those surfaces. Hopefully they can bring in acoustic engineers and address this issue.
