I read the reviews here before heading out to the place and noticed people commenting on the friendliness, politeness, and professionalism of the staff. So I headed to the store with certain expectations and a good amount of skepticism as any consumer should. Well, I was blown away. This is a very well run company. From the site manager, the fill in clerk, and the representative on the phone, they do several things extremely well and I will list them here. They all love working for their company and enjoy their job. Their language is eloquent, to the point, real (as in not fake smiles etc), yet very friendly and helpful. They know what they are doing... meaning, they are well trained on how the company runs and that saved me time both on the phone and in person. Was never put on hold, always had my questions answered. The storage units are really good, clean, easily accessible, etc. Despite it being an off season, I think the price of $81 a month with the first month free for a 10x10 unit is really good. You also pay a one time admin fee of $24 and a $10 monthly mandatory insurance for up to $2000 of coverage. I wish restaurants and other businesses were run this way!

Service was extremely well and fast. So I definitely would refer anyone to them. Plus you can beat first month free with a low down payment. When you go there ask for Russell.

Russell Fulton illustrated such thoughtful and professional customer service. He made the rental process easy and straightforward. I wish everyone in customer service was as pleasant and helpful!
