Very friendly and prompt staff. They were eager to answer my questions and to accommodate my needs since I wasn't sure what size unit I needed. They were up front with any and all costs and didn't try to unnecessarily up-sell. Jamie made me feel confident that I knew I could get in and out of the facility, that my stuff would be safe, and that on the off chance that there are any issues, I would continue to be taken care of.

Jaime helped me the day I came to rent my storage space. She was very friendly and has the perfect personality for customer service. It's a refreshing change from the last storage space I rented. She was on the property and I called the number on the door and she was there immediately to assist me. She's perfect for this job.

Jamie was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the units and security. The unit was very clean and upgrading to a larger size was an easy process.  Property looks well maintained.
