I don’t know who this Evangeline psycho is but Toni is great! The girls here are always so fun and do exactly what we ask. It may take a bit longer than normal but it is because they genuinely care about their clients and build a relationship with them. My whole family comes to this salon and always leaves satisfied. We laugh and enjoy the girls in the salon! Keep up the good work ladies! Just ignore the crazy lady below me. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about!

This place doesn't deserve even one star. I went in on 11/11 to get haircuts for my two boys. There was a woman ahead of me paying for her haircut so I got in line behind her. The woman in front of me finished paying and started a conversation about her eyebrows with the stylist. The other two stylists came up and joined in the conversation. The customer was telling them a story about how she once shaved her eyebrows and how shed never do it again and she didn't know why she did it. After about 15 min, I asked one of the other hairstylists how long the wait is for two haircuts and she said it would be 20 min. I said good, I want to put my boys on the list. At that point, one of the girls(Tony)interrupted and told me to wait my turn. I said if you are busy talking why cant one of the other girls help me? At that point she said she was going to exercise her right to refuse service to me. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager, (yea right!). So I told her i wanted to speak to her boss and she said I would have to go online to find that information out. She was insanely rude and childish. I reported this business to BBB. I guess they didn’t teach Tony customer service skills in “hair college “LOL
I will never bring my boys back here again. Also, a word of advice for Tony: you work in a salon. Try to look more presentable. Showing up to work in a greasy bun and dirty clothes with no makeup doesn’t work for a stylist job. And you are way to old to be walking around with no makeup!

Always fun and  professional!! As for the lady with the 2 boys I was in there...didn't you get escorted by security out? Toni always is polite and looks top notch!! Shame on you for writing a negative post when in reality your mad you got called out for interrupting the client in front of you..
