I've been going to Alex Sanchez at Undone for almost 5 years and it has easily been the best haircut experience I have ever had. Alex was the first stylist that I've actually really enjoyed talking with while getting my hair done. The salon is clean and all the stylists are very friendly and experienced. 

I've always been really picky with my hair and until I started going to Alex I was never satisfied with my haircuts. I've had everything from men's haircuts, highlights, full on color, eyebrow waxes and more, and every time I've been delighted with the results. Definitely check them out if you're looking to switch stylists!

I love the atmosphere at Undone salon. Everyone is so professional and friendly. I have my hair colored and cut by Roxy. She always takes her time and makes sure that I absolutely love my hair. I appreciate that she takes the time to educate me on ways that I can improve my hair health, or new ways to style it. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Overall, always a great experience :)

The staff is really nice and so is the atmosphere. I got an excellent hair cut and I did the time before as well. The more often you go the more you get to know the stylists and maybe even find a regular. You should make an appointment about a day ahead of time because they do get very busy. Also set aside a lot of time for the haircut. They are very precise and also a hair wash and styling afterwards are included so even if you have short hair you're going to want to set aside at least an hour for the 'do.

I moved to Boise about 19 months ago and was looking for a new stylist. I called Undone and they connected me with Karisa who, for the record, is the best stylist in all of Boise and quite possibly the state. I never thought my previous stylist of 8 years could be replaced but having Karisa work magic on my hair has been a wonderful experience as she is incredibly talented, diligent, fun and just an all around wonderful person. I have short hair and am very particular with how I want it to look. I also know that not all stylists have the ability, knowledge or desire to work on short hair. Karisa knows exactly what to do and it always looks wonderful. Go to Undone. See Karisa. Look Awesome. It's that simple. Namaste.

Gracie is always fast and creative with my hair every time! I really and truly have enjoyed coming in. Undone is upbeat, clean and cozy. I really love the color, cut and curl that Gracie has given me. I also like the variety of products that I am exposed to about every 2-3 months. Undone is quite close to me so I can get to my appointments in about 10 minutes.
