Bad experience. My haircut per say wasn't bad but not at all what I wantrd. I went from 11 inches,or more, two four..I wanted a collar bone length to shoulder length long bob...I had a picture and everything. My end result was from chin length to the top of neck where it meets the head. I'm devestated. Everyone knew how scared I was even getting it to my shoulders, and getting it wayyy shorter than that, I'm dissapointed and devastated all at once. Iv never been so dissatisfied in my life.
