I always have a great experience at this salon. Lori, Stacy and Brandy are the ladies that usually do my hair and all of them are wonderful. It's a comfortable place with reasonable pricing and great service.

10am on a Friday, trying to get some errands done on my one day off in 3 months, desperately in need of a quick trim. The normal sign-in sheet is covered up with a sign that says "fri, sat, sun, walk-ins only." Whatever, I'll wait. A stylist inside sees me at the counter, tells me to have a seat anywhere while I wait. The two stylists there finish the 3 women in front of me at a SNAIL'S pace, and after sitting there,  waiting for and hour and a half, they take the woman who came in after me. THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT ME ON THE LIST. I pointed out that I'd been there first, and one of the stylists says, oh, well you didn't sign in. I said sign in where? She said, well, we take your name. I said the second stylist had told me to come in and take a seat, and the sign in sheet was crossed off specifically so you can't sign in...did they think I was sitting there and waiting for fun? Wth?? Stylist said oh, we thought you'd signed up before (Signed up with who?) And she'd try and 'fit me in' after the next lady. I left and got an appointment at an actual local salon (less expensive, surprisingly) an hour later. This place is an unprofessional waste of your time, and god only knows what they do to your hair if you can actually get someone to here to cut it.
