Smart Style in Leavenworth is the only place I go to get my hair done! Specifically Deanna and Amanda are fantastic! Every time I go in I get exactly what I wanted!

I went to SmartStyle at Walmart  in Leavenworth Kansas, my hair was way down my back when I went in for a cut and color with streaks ! When CINDY ROSS was almost done with my hair she picked her phone up (not sure why) but when she sat it down I scene that she was watching lesbian porn on her phone... she didn't notice, but it freaked the hell out of me! I mean at a work place, I don't think so!!! To get back to my hair she cut it all the way up where you can see my neck! I specifically told her I want it long enough to where I can put it in a ponytail... DID NOT GET!!! When she said she was done, I put my glasses on and looked at my hair, and I was  speechless!  My hair was gone!!! I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND SMARTSTYLE TO ANYONE...

Customer service is lacking, I wanted a pixie and the woman basically refused.  When I got home I realized that she had left the back very shaggy and strange looking, had to go back and have it fixed.  The woman who fixed my hair did a good job, but I feel like a haircut shouldn't be a two-trip affair.

I went for a dye and cut showed pictures and everything. The cut is 4 inches shorter than what I asked for and the layers are very choppy. The color I am just amazed... I asked for a solid light brown kind of blonde color and instead I now have tiny blonde high lights with red and black hair. I went in with solid very long brown hair and left with NOTHING I asked for. Not pleased.
