I don't usually go as far as writing a review but I think everyone needs to know how the owner of this salon will respond to you after calling to tell them my hair turned orange and it was falling out. First of all he has a nasty attitude and tells me he has been in business for over 30 years which clearly means nothing then he tried to make it seem like I was lying.. He does not have any good feeling toward military spouses because once I mentioned that women on post were talking about how their hair was ruined he wanted to end the phone call and had the nerve to say I was going to talk to you but Since you mentioned the women on post I am done with you. This man has a business in a military town and has the nerve to knock us (military spouses) Good luck bud!! I don't care how long you have been in this town. I come from a town where you take care of your customers. Not make excuses and I am sure these Military spouses have made you quite a bit of money but I will be sure to let them all know how you feel. I won't mention the hairdressers name out on here because she doesn't deserve that. But the owner Darin needs a reality check ! Don't go here unless you want to be told that your hair falling out and turning orange is ok and he doesn't want to hear about us military spouses sharing stories.

I've been going here 4 years and highly recommend it. The entire group is very professional- you'll never hear gossip or complaints. Decor is clean, modern/minimalist. If you can, see Linda, she's swesome. Although my daughter has seen everyone else and they're all very good at what they do.

I have been going to Tom & Ann's for about a year & 1/2 now.  I always have a great experience.  The prices are competitive and my hairstylist, Porshia, does great color & cuts.  The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, quite opposite of a previous salon I used. They always call and remind me of appointments and have been very accommodating with changing appointments when necessary.  I am just disappointed it took me so long to find this salon!!
