Hours state that they are open until 8:00.My wife wet in to get a haircut--the place was empty-- and it was 6:40. The hairdresser said she was closing and my wife said that it said 8 online. The lady said no and told my wife she could come back tomorrow! My wife said "No, That won't happen,"  Just want to thank Great Clips fur getting my wife in and out by 7:00 and understanding what customer service is all about. I gave one star only because there is no option for 0.

ill never go there again, asked for a High and Tight, really not that hard. did a horrible job
