I have never spent my time rating anything before but I had such a terrible experience that I felt the need to rate this place. I took my 14-year-old daughter there to get her hair done. She is biracial and has natural curly hair. I wanted her hair washed, trimmed , and blow-dried straight. Simple right. Well the woman that was working there was very rude, unprofessional, and ghetto (the only way to describe her). She rudely told me she can't get my daughter's hair bone straight and she also said many other rude things. She was a **tch the moment I walked in there and I spoke to her. I was still going to get my daughters hair done there only because I didn't want to let my daughter down. I was doing it for her. But when the woman working there rolled her eyes at me after I said I wanted it done that was the last straw. I nicely told her that I thought she was very rude and unprofessional because my daughter was standing right there and I wanted to be a good role model for her. I then walked out. I was so angry when I left there and it takes a lot to get me upset. The woman that works there needs fired! I would give this place negative stars if I could.

Wishing I could give less stars...... I took my 2 year old to get his hair cut first she cut it uneven and she burned him with the razor behind the ear I didn't even notice it til my sister said something when she was fixing the mess I paid so much for and gave a great tip I regret walking into this place......b

I'd give less stars if I could. I went in for a very simple haircut. I was low on funds but I figured since what I wanted was really easy it wouldn't have been a problem. I left with my hair wet so I didn't notice until I got home but I have chunks of my hair now missing, uneven layers, even the sides are uneven. I went back in to get my money back and showed the woman what was wrong and she said there was nothing wrong with my hair! I was appalled. I went to get it fixed at a different salon and she immediately noticed what was wrong.
