I needed to get my brows waxed and went to Smart Style.  They told me could get me in right away.  I assumed she was heating the wax when she started on someone's hair. 40 minutes later another person did my brows and I question her experience because they didn't heat the wax and she took an hour to do them, half the time she was using cool wax and at the end there were stray hairs and a chunk of brow missing. I had to go to a brow bar to get them fixed.  I do not recommend this place at all for waxing. While I was there the manager was on the phone with someone who had problems with a color and style. I guess you get what you pay for.

One of the girls cut my hair, I asked for the length to be right above my chest and in layers. One side she cut is choppy and so uneven from the rest of my hair. It is really disappointing when I had long hair and I wanted shorter hair because my hair was dead and for someone to cut it and make it a mess it’s sad. Will not go back there again ! Will have to go shorter and that’s what I did not want .

I don't like it when i showed to her a picture that i wanted the hair layer and short as cute, but she does something with my hair look like a boy with hair.. i was upset and its not match with this picture. I won't coming again...
