Slow! Food is great, but I've been here 3 times and routinely had to deal with rude staff and waiting 20+ minutes for orders. The last time I went I waited in a long line (almost out the door) for 10 minutes. In that time, NO ONE was taking orders and several people waiting for food commented that they had been waiting for 30 minutes for food. The kitchen appeared to be fully staffed, but everyone was moving very leisurely and no one seemed concerned or did anything about the growing line and impatient customers. The person bussing food was seen spending a fair amount of time on their phone and when someone asked them for the manager they were told she was "unavailable". Unacceptable for a chain restaurant that has been open for several months now. After over 10 minutes of nothing happening, I gave up and went to five guys!

Great place and all but the two women with helmets and water wings in front of is really brought it down a star

I love the burgers and the gluten-free options. It's combines a fast food place with a regular dine in restaurant.

Burgers are huge! And yummy. I built my own, and it was so good. The smashfries are the best ever, better then five guys!! Expensive but worth it.

Dining room is chilly and our food got cold before getting halfway through it.  Restaurant seems to be small. Be sure to check your request for your food preference.  Should have utilized the adjacent empty storefront for additional seating.
