Terrible service, just waited 20 minutes and asked for my money back. They confused orders and gave my cheeseburger to somebody else then never bothered to make a new one to replace it for my order. My other food sat in the window while all of this took place. People who ordered after me walked out with food before I even got my money back! They didn't bother to make it right by offering anything. Waste of time.

The onion rings were delivered to the table 5 minutes before our burgers and the guy said do you want them now our do you want me to bring them back with your meal? 1 of 3 kitchen heat lamps working. The burger ingredients appeared to be fresh, all but the bun on the Baja burger. That was hard. The burger meat was well done !! It was a good quality meat, just over cooked. The staff was friendly. The place was a mess. One of the soda machines was leaking so they had cardboard boxes folded to stand on. The bathroom floor was so wet and slippery. .This restaurant seemed like on the same scale of a Wendy's or BK.

Burgers are pretty good here. They had a burger that they no longer had in the menu. The manager got the list if what was on the burger and made it happen for me. It was for sure great customer service.

My kids and I love smashburger! They offer gluten free options and sweet potato fries and chicken, too. This is another place where you walk in and order them take a seat and your food is brought to you. Many drink options including Honest Kids juice boxes for the kiddos.
