We brought my son to Wood-n-Tap to celebrate his 22nd birthday and found the experience beyond disappointing. The service was abysmal. Our waitress had to be reminded repeatedly to remember to even bring water. Appetizers and main courses were served haphazardly and even with only a few tables to cover, she was all but invisible. Worst of all, she mixed up credit cards with another table's order. We had to call to make sure we didn't have any unapproved charges. Oh, and 45 minutes after I politely asked if they had a fresh pot of coffee, and after reminding her... She brought over a disgusting mug of burnt mud that others could smell was burnt...no creamers, spoon, zip. Over-priced average food with meager portions and lousy service. NEVER AGAIN.

I LOVE that they have a gluten free menu. They also have a dedicated gluten free fryer so you can eat their French fries without having to worry about cross contamination. They have outdoor patio seating too. I suggest trying the Caesar salad -- it's amazing! They also support the Southington Relay For Life, which I loved. All the service staff I've dealt with have been awesome. Great place to grab lunch or dinner.

  This is a good setup and nice spaces. It has an especially nice big bar area. We went to one of the side areas so it would be more quiet so we could talk but the wait staff that we had assigned to us was a bit inexperienced. But the food is very good and overall it was a great fun night.

Half price wine bottles every monday, food is consistent, wait staff are pleasant.

Service was lacking. I have been to the one in Rocky Hill and had much better service. Very disappointed.
