My recent visit to Smash Burger was far from satisfying. The wait time for my burger was excessive, and to top it off, my order wasn't even complete. When I politely mentioned the missing side of smash tots, the employee seemed flustered and unresponsive. It took another wait for the handfull of tots to arrive, only to find them cold and unappetizing.  This experience was a stark contrast to previous visits to Smash Burger. Unfortunately, the inattentiveness and apparent lack of communication between staff and management left me feeling frustrated. The overall atmosphere seemed chaotic, with multiple customers expressing dissatisfaction.  Instead of addressing the situation, management appeared to place blame on a single employee.  Given this experience, I'm hesitant to return to this particular location.

Yummy shakes. Would go here again. I want to try everything on the menu. The nondairy shakes were made perfectly. Tasted great. Would drink them again.    Vegetarian options: Meatless burgers.  Dietary restrictions: Nondairy ice cream shakes.  Parking: There's a large plaza with many shops with a shared parking lot  Kid-friendliness: Staff member was friendly towards children.  Wheelchair accessibility: 2 Wheelchair parking spots out front with ramp up curb. No stairs

Very disappointing. I admit I was kind of excited to try it after hearing about the restaurant for years. The burger was just okay. I make better burgers at home and the fries were overcooked to the point all moisture was removed. McDonald's fries are better if that tells you anything. Unfortunately if I'm going to spend $16 on a burger and fries I'll be doing it at Five Guys

Delicious food every time at this location.  Matty B. Came out and introduced himself as the one that made our burgers and I have to say he did a great job!  Cleaned our plates!Food: 5/5

I came here for the first time and food is outstanding. Would recommend to family & friends. I was recommended to come by Jason. He is very friendly and provides amazing service. I will definitely be coming back. Also the manager Leo showed excellent management skills running from the front to the back of the store. To sum it up amazing service, amazing food, amazing management, highly recommend.

To start, the customer service was very good, quick, and they didn’t mess up anything with my order. Food came out quick and was very very good! The chef even came out and was asking around how the food was and I thought that was great! Matty B behind the grill made a great burger!Food: 5/5

The burgers were made very well. They were delicious. I love the smash fries. As for the milkshake, I got the non-dairy version and I do not like it. The taste is odd and has a weird aftertaste. I was hoping it would be like Lactaid and be barely noticeable. Update: The odd taste was coming from the Eclipse milk I think. Never had it before so I didn't expect it to change the taste so much.

Weirdly enough, the day I went, they had no burgers, so I gave them a knock. Their service, even with a trainee, was above and beyond they even checked on me periodically to see how I was doing.  My goal was to try their redesigned Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I would recommend it with extra pickles. It was super crispy and tasty and the right amount of hot. I wish it had a tad bit more sauce, but that didn't deter me from enjoying this sandwich. It's a good promotional item. Hopefully, I can get back there to enjoy it again.  I went back and I can say I am okay with where it is a solid 4, not a top 5 place for me but a top 10 and that is saying a lot for a chain burger place. Their new special the burnt end burger has me wanting to go back multiple times, it is a really well-made burger, and the sauce is just near perfect.

My boyfriend and I stopped for lunch and this food was amazing we got 2 double bacon smash burgers and a large fry, food was cooked to perfection! Burgers came out fast and hot! Cooked by MattyB. Our fry’s were even better golden brown and crispy. Definitely recommend coming here to eat, staff was friendly and ready to help and everything was super clean. We will definitely be coming back for more!!!

The smashed black bean burger with the works was delicious. And the fried brussel  sprouts were seriously out of this world. I’d like to give a shout out to Matty, one of the cooks in the back, who came out and asked if everything tasted OK.  “Much better than Ok Matty!! We’ll be back!!”  Thank you.  Vegetarian options: Anyone who doesn’t choose brussels sprouts over french fries is missing a great deal in life.
