The Piscataway Township Smashburger restaurant is located near the Rutgers campus and football stadium. It is located in the Piscataway Towne plaza at the corners of Washington Ave and centennial Ave. Shoprite is the anchor of the center. There is parking available directly in front of the restaurant. Extra parking is provided in the rear and side of the building.

Food is good. I especially like the fries. I prefer the grilled chicken sandwiches over the burgers, and I'm not even the healthy type. Milkshakes too milky; get the malt (they never mess those up) The service sucked and during my last visit they were pretty unprofessional. They kept messing up my order. I got to use their coupon at the back of my Shoprite receipt so that was nice. If you order to go, the plastic containers the burgers come in make the whole burger soggy!

If you enjoy a quality burger, Smashburger is a must-have. Their summer special "The Spicy Cowboy" is my all-time favorite, but really no matter what burger you order, you'll be extremely satisfied. Don't forget to get a side of Smash Fries! The ingredients are always fresh and the burgers are cooked perfectly to order. The staff were also pretty helpful. Parking can be somewhat annoying for this establishment because of the shared lots with other businesses (specifically Shop Rite) and pedestrians have little care for vehicle traffic. When I brought my friends here for the first time, they were instantly hooked and we've been back several times to satisfy the craving.

Excellent Smash Burger location. I went every week when I lived in Piscataway. Love it there!

The food is always pretty good but gets messy. Try the blackbean burger.

Love smashburger. Tried the blackbean burger this time around but didnt like it as much as their regular burger pattys.
