The morning and early afternoon crew here are quick and friendly and are what earn it an extra star. It's an easy place to go with your toddler and there's something on the menu for everyone. This location is clean. For a chain restaurant, their iced teas, salads, and variety of cream cheese spreads are pretty good. We'll be back when we're in the mood for breakfast or lunch.

Food is good. Maybe a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Staff is friendly, but man are they LOUD! I often go here to get out of the house in order to focus more on projects, studying and work but the staff is very loud with a lot of joking around and goofing off that it's hard to concentrate sometimes.

Excellent kiosk service, food is fresh, and price is reasonable. Very good lunch experience.

Worst Panera! Don't eat here! They dont get your order right they make the food a sloppy mess. Go to another one. Management sucks. I left my soup was wrong, no chips, and my sandwich was soaking wet with pepper all over it and no cheese. You could tell it was made that way on purpose. I will not eat at this location again! Not for 12$ bucks..

I love the store but what is up with the Stevia sugar. That stuff is disgusting. I could not enjoy my tea and ended up throwing it away. Why no Splenda or Equal? Not everyone likes Stevia. Ughhhh. Disappointing.
