This place is poorly managed and run. I don't know how some of them continue to have jobs they are so bad at them. You may get an appointment reminder phone call, but they will probably talk to you like you called them and they are wondering why you are on the other end of the line. And don't count on them giving you accurate information or even the correct procedure. Here you need to ask A LOT OF QUESTIONS. Now don't pick on the students in the back, but the staff in the front, check and doublecheck because what they have recorded/communicated is probably wrong.
But if you have a choice, choose somewhere else!

The not kind reviews are true sadly to say.. so there is a simple process called a cleaning that I went in for and the lady doctor with the country accent said "everything looks good Felicia. I'm just going to use this thing here to get some build up right here" well.. turns out when I left and could get to good lighting I see there is still buildup at my gum lines.

While there, the assistant who was wearing far too much perfume for a clinical setting.. was spreading bubble gum scented something on my teeth except... she smeared half of it on my top lip (no teeth there).. then some on my bottom lip and then! Oh wow! She finally caught on that she should use her other hand to move my lips around to professionally and properly smear the D grade fluoride on my teeth. 

How did I know to see that build up on my gins? Because I know better. I know what happens in a cleaning and i wanted to know that they would short change me. I will call my insurance and protest they don't pay them until they properly clean my teeth. Right now I'm using the ACA health insurance and it's greatly apparent this business is prejudice with quality of service to ACA recipient's.

This place sucks!!! I hate this place my kid has to get braces here and they basically have The people in back learning and no one with experience guiding them on putting on braces. Beware stay away from this place!!!

Nice and friendly team. If you are struggling finding a provider that will participate with your HMO or Medicare plan - this place would be your best option to go to.

Be prepared to called to back then stay there for almost 2hrs one dentist to attend to patience like seriously why only have one dentist...i've been to smaller offices that have at least two dentist...this place has more dentist assistance than the actual dentist.....fix this...i wonder if i can change since my kid already got started there with the own braces process??
