I've been coming here for a few years now. I absolutely love this place. They're very flexible with the schedules. The doctor was very gentle. I came here with low expectations but left with with an amazing smile. The individuals here were very courteous and professional with me. I can't see myself going anywhere else to get my teeth done. I'll definitely be bringing my daughter here when she's ready!

I would not recommend this dentist. I was lied to, they never sent out for the authorization and now I have to go to a new dentist and start all over they wasted close to 3 months off my time. They are so unprofessional!!!

I went in for a couple of appointments with Dr. Skinner for a denture and partial. While she and her assistants were very professional in the exam room, her accounting person, Jessica, was the rudest person I have ever encountered in a business.  After a mix-up with my insurance, Jessica refused to let me straighten it out even after a representative from my insurance company called back with me on a conference call.  I later phoned Dr. Skinner's office to see if I could somehow get around Jessica, but my call was not returned.   As I have a real fear of the dentist, it was huge just for me to come in, and to go through the uncomfortableness of having the casts made for my teeth, to not be able to finish the process is really unfortunate and it is all because of Jessica.  I don't know how to resolve this problem other than to find another dentist and go through the whole process again.
