Smiles By Arnold (Chesterton) is an exemplary office, and is staffed with possibly the most knowledgeable, and courteous, professionals I have experienced. While the price is slightly more than where I used to go, I feel you can't put a price on quality. When it comes to spending money, there's no better investment than your well-being. Not only was my experience beyond satisfactory, the staff here go the extra mile when it comes to service. If you're reading these reviews debating whether or not to give them a try, I implore you to look past the non-nonsensical one-star reviews. It's money, and time, well spent, and the care they provide will speak for itself.

I just got the bill too. If you cant take my insurance than tell me. Im angry. I feel like they know this. A bad mark for the dentistry business. I guess that new mercedes benz, and boat mean more than being honest with new customers. I will be letting everyone i know that i work with to stay away. Im really upset at the dishonesty .

Smiles by Arnold & Associates is the most outstanding dental office in NWI.  If you're looking for incredible doctors and caring staff, visit either location!  Every single staff member made me feel at ease, as they were all professional and patient with my dental needs.

Dishonest and unclear about insurance. Jim Arnold is a lunatic liberal and would be better off working in San Francisco.

I was so impressed with the entire staff at this office. From the moment I walked in, I knew I would be well taken care of in this office. The level of professionalism was top notch and everyone seemed to genuinely care that great treatment was delivered. I will be bringing my daughter to see Dr Wargo.
