I've been going to Smith & Adams for several years now. The staff is great! Dr. Adams is an amazing dentist. I no longer dread my appointments. Both of my kids go there as well and love it! I wouldn't trade them for anything.

When I first arrived I thought well this is a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere. My whole entire visit I had the same idea that this would be a place that I would frequent. Upon me leaving is when everything I thought about this place changed. So I received to print out for procedures to have done. This gave me two different options of which procedure I wanted to do. Both I was told could be done and that they would do them. They also explain to me how they would go about doing these procedures. I was told to call back once I made a decision on which procedure to have done. I called back and I told them the procedure that I wanted to have done. I was then told that they cannot do that procedure there at that location so they had to send me out to an oral surgeon. So why would you quote me a price for something that you could not even do? As if what they were telling me is if I decided to do the root canal and I was willing to pay the money for it that they would take care of that. Since I wanted to do the extraction they don't want to do it because it cost less is so now I have to go else where. See if I was going to have to go to an oral surgeon that would have been discussed in the consultation. It also wouldn't make sense for them to provide me with the two printouts with how much it would cost for them to do the two different procedures based off of whichever one I decided to do with them. Might I add that I did pay I'm full for my visit.  So I'm out of my money but I would never return back. That is not how you do business.

I had a wonderful pain free experience.  I enjoyed the experience and the joyful conversation I had between the dentist and his assistance.  They are all great people.  I will be returning in a couple of months for more work. Look forward to it.

I was thankful to be worked in within a few days of breaking a tooth that required a crown. My visit was totally painless! The dentist and her assistant were a great team. They showed great empathy and care, and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process.  Getting a crown "in a day" is so much better than having to have a temporary for several weeks. Thank you everybody at Smith & Adams!

Excellent! The office staff, hygienist and Dentists were friendly and professional. Most importantly, they had a gentle touch while cleaning and inspecting my teeth!! Love this dental team!!
