Visited Smith Brothers car wash yesterday for the first time which was a disappointment.  The people vacuuming missed pebbles in the trunk and the 3rd row of seats. Napkins were left in the door pockets and on floor in back seat. The outside wash was good.
Now the interior...
The middle console (armrest, cup holders, etc.) and back seats (which is leather) wasn't wiped. I addressed it to a young lady and she said okay then wwnt to next car. Then I addressed it to this man and he graciously wiped down everything i pointed out. I didn't get his name, but he's why i gave 2 stars instead of one.

My daughter is here @ the car wash arrived @ 4:00pm they didn't pulled her car in until 4:40pm She stood there and watched as they skipped over her car They are over crowed with customers trying to get there car wash only two people giving you a ticket and vacuuming the cars in the front so" She went to the front desk to talk to the Manager Travis about how long it took to pull her car in and He said you seen it was a whole lot of people that was here She was stunned" unacceptable response so" She said to me He saying I should haven't stopped If I seen the line is long okay! So you turning customers away I took it that way but he did give my daughter a car wash for free but she is not coming back because he had a attitude problem He had about 10 people drying the cars off when he needed help to pull cars in They had 2-3 lanes of cars and not enough help They have a "Now Hiring sign up" I take it as if they not paying enough to keep people working. It's not our fault not good! customers service skills.They always did a good! job in the past My family and I are regular customers As of today not anymore.

Well I wanted to just wash my car not the inside but just the outside they wanted to charge $14 and 95 cents but on the other side of town South Nashville just give me a call Wash it's $12 both or Smith Brothers maybe they owned by different people I'm not sure but it's a big difference in the price

They are completely into details. Every time I go through my truck looks awesome.

Quality of service is Poor vs Cost. Their automated cleaning systems are outdated needing replacing.
