I just love this car wash. It beats White Bridge Auto hands down. I've been coming here for 4 months. The employees are so helpful. I'm on the monthly plan now and love it. Don't understand all the negatives but some just like to be nothing but negative. The monthly plan tells you on the receipt you must give 7 days written notice to cancel. I wonder if anyone reads what they sign!!! Anyway these guys are family owned small business owners. I am a small business owner and will continue to support them with pleasure.

I had giving them a 5 starts before the guys are nice and service is pretty decent. I had my car washed not too long ago and the guys use a brush to soak the car before running through the machine, guess what, all scratched, everywhere, I even gave the guy tip because he was doing all the prewash in my car with the surprise that my car it's all scratched up, I have been calling the number that was in Google and no one responded it, looked it up online and found another number that works but no one answered. I won't my brand new car without scratches that's all I am pretty sure they can get someone to fix it. They are loosing costumers for mistakes like this. Two costumers me and my wife same thing brand new cars. Hopefully after this I get an answer since nobody wants to answer for their mistake

DO NOT buy monthly unlimited wash packages from this place. Towards the end of November, I went to have my car washed and told the employees there I had sold my car and would no longer have it after that week and no longer wanted a monthly membership. They took down my information and told me they would let the owner know. December 1 rolls around and I am charged $40 for monthly membership. I called the number on the google page for Sud’s up (ended up being the owner) and explained what had happened and he said he would have his wife get in touch with me because she is who deals with the monthly memberships. Over a week later, no one has called me, and to make matters worse, the owner will now not answer any of my phone calls or messages. Now I’m having to get my card number changed because I can see there is no chance of these people being honest and taking my card out of their system. Buyer beware.

Paid $10 for a wash that is comparable to someone doing it blindfolded. Definitely won't be going back. The car wash on 70 @ Old Hickory is way better.

Google's hours said open till 7 p.m. but I was there at 5:40 p.m. and they are very closed. They need to update their Google page to be accurate.
