Larry and Sandy are amazing people.  We stayed here this past Friday and Saturday (intended for 1 night) with our 31 ft pull behind.  They went out of their way to accommodate us, and even loaned us one of their golf carts to get around.  

The resort itself is awesome and beautiful.  It sits on the edge of Smith Lake and the views from their boardwalk are incredible.  The sites, which are for sale only, are concrete stamped and stained pads, with all the amenities to include 20, 30, and 50 amp power.   The saltwater swimming pools are awesome.  

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend you pay Larry and Sandy a visit.  You won't regret it.

Extremely nice owner couple. Park is well thought out and clean. Its in a very quite location. Cabins have a lot of same styling which presents a cohesive atmosphere through the park, yet each has its own layout and details. Plenty of road space.  Lots are some of the largest I've seen in similar parks. Plenty of RV and cabin room.

Amazing people, atmosphere, and pricing! You get custom lots and custom cabins for a very affordable price. Not to mention the craftsmanship in these cabins is just perfection! The property is always beautifully kept, the staff always goes above and beyond their duty to make you happy, and the people in the community are super warm and friendly! Don't miss a great opportunity to own here before they fill up!

Great place if you are interested in buying a lot for your RV or camper. They also have brand new cabins for sale. They have a lot of things to do as a family such as two ponds, a huge swimming pool, swimming area on the lake,  basketball, game room and a place to put in your boat. Perfect place to own a weekend getaway. Very very safe.
