Paid to have sink and toilet unstopped. When they were still stopped up I phoned and was told I would have to pay for them to unstop them again because they had done what I asked them to do. Not so. The lady on the phone seemed confrontational. I only wanted to resolve the problem. I pay for service and I would like to get good service.
