They do have the best cheese bagels I have only been able to find in this town so far! 
Smith's app helps alot too for all coupon lovers. You can save big bucks on gas !!
Another great thing about Smith's is that it's a one stop shop.
The employees are great everytime!

So, I should have written this a long time ago. I am someone who is dedicated to living a healthier lifestyle and losing weight. I lost 70lbs since being here in Great Falls. 

I usually head into this Smith's deli dept. to look for something healthy for my meals. I found the baked seasoned chicken and the baked BBQ are my favorites.  I always buy the chicken that is the most well done. Had a short conversation with James in the deli letting him know thats my favorite. Now, I am there daily choosing something healthy and less costly. I was surprised that from that day on I could be walking by the deli and the two young ladies, or James himself, have saved some of the well-done chicken that i like. It really says a lot about their customer service when they prepare items for their regulars, without even being asked, and it's already packaged, weighed, & price-labeled for me (I always head straight there after work at the same time each day).

Not sure if they will ever see this but I hope they are recognized for their superior customer service skills. Being from the south where Publix Super Markets sets the bar high with their customer service, Smiths has been a most-welcome find!
