After a phone call lodging a complaint with the manager Brad about long wait times on stihl parts that are common and available and the lack of communication on their status, I received a phone call from one of his employees. Craig told me the parts were not available from him I should go to one of his competitors to make the purchase. That has to be against their franchise agreement. You can only buy stihl from stihl dealers. To tell me after a long wait to buzz off is a horrible way to do business. He intentionally kept me waiting and then when I went though the correct channels to complain he made sure I would have to drive out of my way to get what I need now. I can't imagine spending big money with these guys. Stihl should take a hard look at their business practices and see if there is a trend that occurs more often. I wonder what the rules are. If stihl restricts the sale and smithermans restrict me, is that even right? Here drive an extra distance to buy what you need each week, thanks for your constructive complaint, let's increase your overall costs to thank you. Great logic!

Extremely dishonest. We took my Husqvarna riding mower (in wonderful condition at the time) to have the transmission looked at a while ago. After nearly a month of no contact we called and were told the estimate. When we came to pay the quoted price a few days later, they "could not find" our mower and had a manager come talk to us about how it wasn't going to be worth it to pay for the repairs and recommended us look at their used mowers. We told them we would come back to pick ours up, but when we came (a week later) they claimed the mower's hood had been stolen and gave us $50, but refused to show us the videos from their security camera or explain why they left it outside for a week and kept saying they had no idea we were actually coming back for it. The mower is missing a hood, lights, multiple knobs, etc. It had clearly been used as a pull-a-part for other repairs but they continue to be dishonest and trip up on their stories. When I tried confronting the staff I was laughed at and patronized. I hate to bad mouth a small business like this, but I am appalled at their actions and attitudes.

Great place very friendly. Prices are great. Much better than going to a cookie cutter hardware store 👍👍
