Dr. Church and his staff are friendly, caring and they accept walk-ins! I drove the distance and it was worth the wait (which wasn't long) so my girl could be seen that day. They also provide free nail trimming, which was a pleasant surprise! Thanks for the services you provide...my girl is doing better. Having a walk-in service allowed her to be seen and treated that day! I am one happy pet parent!

I would give them more stars if they would let me. Having a vet how is caring and affordable is a lifesaver when you have 3 dogs.I have been using Dr. Church for years and would never go anywhere else. The care my dogs get first rate. I have referred several of my friends here and they all feel the same.

We started bringing both our dogs here and over the course of 2017, we have gotten nothing but genuine care for our dogs. Dr. Church and his staff are knowledgeable and have provided so much insight on any questions we've had. Their care and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure your pets well being is amazing all while keeping it affordable!

My new vet! Love the services and the friendly caring staff! Their prices were 1/3 of the cost I was paying at a local vet, and their diagnosis and treatment of my dog's skin issues were right-on; other vets just wanted me to continue paying for "tests" while Dr. Church solved the issue with one visit (and the right medication)...thank you! I would highly recommend your practice and would not go anywhere else :-)

A friend recommended doctor Church to me and I have been going there for several years. The waiting room is small and they don't have appointments so everyone is gathered in a room together which can be a problem if there are cats not in cages or if there are dogs who don't like other dogs. However the staff will come out and tell you when it's your turn if you wish to wait with your dog outside. There are walking areas and rest areas for your animals outside. The prices are very competitive and everyone there is genuinely concerned for the health of the animals. I drive from Wake Forest to Knightdale because the prices here are way too high and the doctors seem more interested in their fees then in the animals themselves. This is not the case at Smithfield Road Veterinary Hospital.
