Last time I went there, they left the hood on my mini-van open, but I let is slide. My next car (today) was a worse experience; the technician (short Mexican guy) was ticked-off about having to do one more for the day. I stood around for 30 minutes thinking I was waiting my turn, but I found out he was ignoring me. I took my car and left- to never return again.
