Amazingly, this was my first time ever going to Max and Erma's. Apparently, I've been under a rock, lol. I went with a friend after work and truly enjoyed myself. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Our server was very polite, patient and helpful. I will definitely be back again and will bring my son to enjoy a great family meal.

French onion soup was yummy. Service was fast and the drinks were good. Gets busy but always had a good time here.

Absolutely love the tortilla soup and cheese wedges here. Service is great. Food is wonderful. Staff and mgrs are friendly and polite. Will def. Be back here very soon!!!!

Fun atmosphere. Waiter not exactly on top of things. Our burgers and fries were served cold. Tasty enough, but a bit greasy. Blackberry sangria took forever to show up but when it did, it was amazing! Absence makes the heart grow fonder?

The food smells wonderful but that doesn't carry over to the taste. Not that it is bad but it was underwhelming. The cheese draped over my onion soup was the best part of it. Even the Caesar salad was simply a bowl of lettuce with bland dressing and little to no croutons or parmesan.
